In favor of: Pak Mobiles (operating through AsanQist.com) (the “Service Provider”)
All product prices, installment amounts, and payment schedules are determined at the time of invoice issuance and are subject to confirmation by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify product prices, financing structures, processing charges, or promotional offers at any time prior to issuance of the final invoice.
Cash price and BNPL price may differ. The BNPL price represents the total agreed financing amount and shall not be construed as interest but as a mutually agreed deferred payment price.
Any quotation, advertisement, verbal representation, online listing, or display price shall not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed through an issued invoice bearing the Application/Invoice ID.
In the event of typographical errors, system glitches, pricing mistakes, or incorrect promotional displays, the Service Provider reserves the right to correct such errors prior to delivery of the product.
Once an invoice is executed and the product delivered, pricing shall remain fixed for that transaction and shall not be challenged on the basis of subsequent market fluctuations.
