- Residential or delivery address
- Employment and income details
We do not collect or store any financial information such as your bank card details. All payments and financial data are handled securely by our authorized payment processing partner (PayPro). All the personal and employment data collected shall be processed in strict compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2025 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to:
- Verify your identity and eligibility for BNPL services
- Process and manage your orders and installment plans
- Communicate updates, approvals, and reminders
- Improve customer support and service experience
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell, trade, or rent customer information to any third party.

We may share necessary details only with:
- Authorized payment processors and service partners for payment handling and verification
- Delivery partners to fulfill your order
- Regulatory authorities, if required by law
All third parties are bound to handle your data safely and use it only for the agreed purposes.

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet is fully secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection and shall not be held liable in any manner, whatsoever, for any unauthorized access, disclosure or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

- Request access and correction of information received from 3rd parties if found to be inaccurate or deletion of your own provided data.
- Withdraw consent for future communications by providing written notice, subject to the understanding that such withdrawal will result in the immediate cancellation of my application.

Supplementary consents & enforcement:
By applying, you agree that this privacy policy is supplemented by a Master Authorization & Verification Consent, which you may be required to execute as part of the verification & assessment process. Execution of the Master Authorization does not constitute approval or activation of any BNPL facility. Once signed, the Master Authorization shall prevail in matters of debt recovery, third-party verification, and liability waivers. The Service Provider reserves the absolute right to reject any application based on initial website data without proceeding to the Master Authorization stage.
