In favor of: Pak Mobiles (operating through AsanQist.com) (the “Service Provider”)
Products purchased under BNPL are subject to our standard return policy. Cancellation or return shall be permitted only prior to physical possession of the product by the Customer, or within the limited inspection/check warranty window expressly stated herein.
If an order is cancelled or returned in accordance with this Clause:
- A refund shall be issued for installment already paid only where cancellation or return is permitted under this Clause, after adjustment of any applicable auto-debit processing charges already incurred
- Any future installment charges shall be cancelled
Where physical possession has not been taken by the Customer, refunds may be processed only if the product is unused, unopened, untampered, remains in its original packing and seals, and the refund request is initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
Once physical possession of a new product is taken by the Customer, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted, regardless of the time elapsed thereafter.
For warranty-related issues, the Customer must contact the relevant warranty provider. In the specific case of second-hand phones or tablets only, a one (1) day check warranty shall apply. Refunds during this period shall be permitted only if a genuine defect is established to the satisfaction of the Service Provider. After this period, no warranty or refund claims shall be entertained.
